
Why me? To begin with, me will be me. There is no handoff to an associate just to
do a couple showings. There is no
handoff to an admin to work through details. You will be working directly with me. Below this message there are several clickable
certifications and designations. Those
are a demonstration by Realtor standards that I have met certain educational
and experiential measures to earn each of them. More importantly though are my experience and mindset. I graduated from a SUNY college in 1990. Since then, I have
accumulated well over thirty years of experience in real estate and real estate
finance. I have sold and/or underwritten
over two billion dollars in real estate lending products. I have managed a lender bank portfolio of
millions of dollars of real estate loans including responsibility for sales of
bank owned properties. In 2018, I
established and still manage a successful real estate brokerage offering property
management of residential rental units, and also on and off market residential sales. I do not do any type of commercial real
estate. I do not do short-term rentals. I developed a passion for The Finger Lakes several years ago;
boating, kayaking, and vacationing on the lakes. Ultimately, I purchased a home on Canandaigua
Lake and live there year-round with my wife Tracy and two golden retrievers; Midas and Harper (they love the lakes too!) I am currently a water quality monitor for The Canandaigua Lake Watershed Association. I plan to continue learning about lake initiatives and stewardship with them. What I
have found discouraging are experiences that I have seen both buyers and
sellers of lake homes experience. Having
sold lots of houses does not equate to understanding the nuances of lake real
estate. Lake real estate is not only
about housing. It is about a lifestyle. There are many important considerations, not
only from the perspective of if a house is a good investment, but also how it
supports a lifestyle. There are concerns to consider with a property on a dynamic body of water. I do not claim to be the only well-qualified lake real estate
agent. I am one of them though. My experience and passion for the lakes makes
me well suited as an agent for the buy or sell of your lake home. I have no desire to set sales records. I enjoy working with only a few clients at a
time so that I can provide the best service and also keep it enjoyable for
myself.
